Join a Café Evening on Grief in Nuuk

For those who have lost a loved one through illness, suicide, accident, addiction, or in other ways.

The theme for this café evening is grief and special occasions. These moments are often associated with traditions, memories, and togetherness. After a loss, new significant dates, such as the anniversary of the death, may also arise. Grief can feel heavier around these times. Some people gather to share memories of the one they’ve lost, while others prefer to be alone.

The evening will begin with presentations from two volunteers, both of whom have experienced loss and will share their stories.

Afterward, there will be a cup of coffee, and you can talk with others who have experienced loss.
