Grief During the Holiday Season 

When you lose someone you love, holidays without them can change drastically. For many, Christmas is a time that brings families together, but for those who have lost a loved one, this season can serve as a painful reminder of their absence. 

The evening will begin with volunteers sharing some of their personal experiences. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, but if you do not feel comfortable speaking, you are welcome to simply listen to others. 

Coffee, tea, and cake will be served.
