Grief and Friends 

The theme of this Grief Café is “Grief and Friends”, as many bereaved individuals find it difficult to talk to their friends about their loss. Friends, too, often struggle, as they worry about saying the wrong thing or making the bereaved person even more upset. 

The evening will begin with volunteers sharing some of their personal experiences. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, but if you do not feel comfortable speaking, you are welcome to simply listen to others. 

Coffee, tea, and cake will be served.
